what are some good places to look for decent VW's??

looking for really any gti and golf, vr6 perferably but not a must...

my favorite body is the mk2, but i would like something in the 96-99 range just due to less problems

i think a buddy of mine up here in ocala has a 94 jetta black on black really clean car needs a wheel baring and avavle cover gasket its got 80,xxx one it i think he wants 2800 for it its a 5spd vr6 ill find out more for ya bro

i am aware that the car i showed is a mk2, and that the mk1-2 are the ones which came with the "round lights"

im curious if those are compatable(sp) with the mk3?

no biggie...but no u cant do rounds on a mk3...
plus i would vote against it in the end...
if you get a gti, just slap a jetta front on it...which only look good on mk3...

yeah, i was in the 240 driftor faze for a little but never bought one, just used a friends and decided to go vdub...but i would rather have a soarer over anything...
