I just picked up a 5' Iggy from some slob off of Craigslist. The poor guy was in a large outdoor cage with chicken wire for bars. ...he scraped the whole front of his face and mouth. There was 8 other large Iggy's in with him. So God knows he has to be stressed to the max. The worst part is the cage had a dirt bottom loaded with shit and bugs....a dirty water pool for them to take a bath. On top of it all......the guy is feeding them regular lettuce wich has zero nutrients in it for the poor Iggy's. I have him now in a 7' macaw cage outside in my pool deck. I treated his wounded snout and lip with an antibiotic cream and gave him a nice bath. Poor guy.....I'll take care of him the right way nice. I love Iggy's they look so cool chillin' in the sun. I'll post pics in a couple of minutes.

People suck

Here is Moca and Blue....all they want is a ratty clean towel to sleep on...I've tried pillows...beds....nope.....they want an old towel...These little dogs are the best with my kids and are great burglar alarms.

about a month or so.........The Cockatoo was too intimidating to everybody in the house...he wanted to play all the time and would hop around and scare my yougest daughter...these guys are hillarious....they laugh, sing and dance...now with the new cage I have no cleanup on the floor......well worth the money. I had a guy in Ohio custom make it for me.....one of a kind.

By me there is a lady who takes one to the beach and lets him swim attached to a leash. Looks like he likes it. All the kids love watching him swim.

i hope the iggy does well. an old ?neibour? of mine had one. that think was bad ass. he ended up builing a cage around a tree in his back yard for him. but in the end it sucked cuz it got fried by lighting. the wife forgot him outside in the cage when a storm rolled in.

I want to get a iggy again. Had a few when i was like 9-10.

So those are the little terrors that where barking when i came over huh?

I'm tellin ya, when these 2 big ass dogs are no longer with us, I'm going to small dogs. Or, at least, half the size of these. When you're the one and only that takes care of them...bathing, training, brushing, hauling to the Vet, etc...it gets old.

Owning big dogs has made me realize I'm a small dog lover. LOL

after only a week of very good veggies, and fruits...I have this guy feeling and looking so much better....the jackass that was keeping him before only fed him romaine lettuce wich has absolutely squat for vitamins and nutrients these guys need to be healthy and strong. he is gaining alot of blue/orange and green colors....he's also healing on his nose with the neosporin I've been applying.

He's a mean little dinosaur!! He is 5' from head to tails end.

we gave them some on a rare occasion, lots of fruits, there used to be this pink mixture that we used to buy from the local store, was a powder but you added water to it and it was a type of gelatin, they loved that stuff and it was great for them.

used to take them down to the beach and let them tear through the sand, would walk from my wife's apartment to the beach with them on the shoulders...
