Well, I just registered myself today, and not to rush anyone, but we're half-full already...

You should have gotten a confirmation email from MAE almost immediately. If you didn't it's possible something didn't work. If there's a question, email Jamie at wedrivefaster@yahoo.com and ask him to check your registration. In that email, also include the list of names of any guests you'll be bringing along (unless they'll be driving too, in which case they need to register separately).

I hate Registering for events this far in advance. If Darryl is showing up I might have to defend my title of fastest SE-R in Tampa. (notice I said fastest not quickest) for some reason my car is retarded on a drag strip.

I checked -- you're registered, but no guest listed. You can edit your entry up until registration closes -- there's space to enter up to three guests (and just e-mail if you have more). Or just send a note to wedrivefaster@yahoo.com.

I can sympathize with that...the test track at Gainsville is alot of fun. If Brooksville weren't only 20 minutes from home (vice 2 hours for Gainsville), the choice would be harder!

No, there's not a fee to come and watch. Yes, people are welcome to do so, so long as they sign the insurance waiver (at registration before the event, ask any event official during the event).

For Brooksville events, airport security levies one additional requirement upon us: we have to turn in an access roster about a week before the event. Thus, the access list for 9 Sep is already in, and those are the only people we're able to admit through the gate this weekend.

St Petersburg College, the site of our October event, is an open site -- you're welcome to just wander up and sign the waiver. We're back at Brooksville in November...if you'd like to come and watch that one, drop a note to wedrivefaster@yahoo.com and we'll add you to the roster.

I was really off my game today...only getting 3 hours of sleep the night before didn't help much either,haha. Oh well, I'm looking forward to SPC again, I seem to do much better there than Brooksville.
