alright the rules have been updated again and are almost set in stone now.

this will be a new class so some rules may change if one combo has a clear advantage over the others..

I wish they'd get it set and schedule some races! Or at least give us an idea if this is something SOON, or more like next Feb-March.

john sears is on the mafia motorsports site..the class is mafia motorsports real street and a web page is in the works that will be part of mafia motorsports site.

if u go into the drag section u will see what i listed..the rules are pretty much in stone..but i think there going to have a lil thing saying they may change that way they can be changed if one combo shows a distinct adventange over the other ones.

This class will start at ImmokaleeOh ok. I was gonna say that with all the rules, you would never have a tech guy out there to check all of them. The guy out there now doesn't check shit.

That's nothing. They don't even weigh at Immokalee. There's a lot less tech there.

For appearances, I guess. The owner gets all pissy if you make a fuss about them not weighing.

I have heard it is way to lax down there. While it makes for good racing some day it is bound to make for a bunch of problems.

The way the track owner is, if you don't like it, just don't race there. He could care less. Oh, and he never gave a shit about us until we rolled up in the Renegade. Now he's all buddy-buddy with us.

Yep. Sears does a good job keeping an eye on the 6.50 cars. If he's involved in the new class, which I'm sure he will, it won't be a problem down there. I still don't know about weighing, though. It's so random down there. And there's no track official at the end of the track to watch to be sure pit crew isn't adding weight down there.

Just an example - we took a 10.5 car down there a few years ago. They were weighing here and there. Random. We were supposed to weigh after the finals, though. We lost. We sat there at the scales waiting for the other people for TEN MINUTES. They sat down at the end of the track that long...hmm..
