i'm not an expert and i'm sure someone would prove me wrong, but if you are gonna treat the two subs as one bass source, then a mono would be prefect, but if you want a slightly more dynamic sound and want to treat it as a right sub and a left sub, you would use your 2 channel...
just my 2 cents...
good luck finding what you are looking for

i'm really looking to match the power as closely as i can. i heard this makes the best sound quality while not having to worry about blowing the subs or the amp. so i guess i'm looking for a 2 channel amp that is the closest i can get to 350w @ 4 ohms.

thanks!

Well if you have 2 4 ohm woofers wired to the amp it will sit the amp at 2ohms giving you 500 RMS which should be a good amount of power if the subs are in the right box.
