Uninstalling Lowering Springs

After I uninstall lowering springs, will I need an alignment. I just got one done about 3 k miles ago when I got new tires put on. I have a 99 civic lowered on eibach pro-kit springs. I ask because the camber is noticeably visaibly off and the wheel doesn't really pull but favors to the right. I was hoping that if the springs are replaced with stock ones, the camber would go back to normal.

If one side is off and one side is OK, I don't think both sides will go right back to normal alignment.

I don't have a camber kit, it only lowered i think 1.5 in front 1.3 in back but i went through one pair of crappy tires (nankang ns1s) and it didn't look off, now i have kumho ast's and the camber looks off.

Yes, Camber Kit or no Camber Kit....You will need to get an alignment again once you reinstall the stock springs, Especially if you had an alignment done while dropped.
If you don't get an alignment, Your toe may be out and you will wear through the current tires just as fast as the last set.

Unless you have some weird suspension geometry, I don't see why you would need an alignment. The manufacturer designs the suspension to minimize "bump steer" or how the wheel toes in different vertical positions. Assuming the manufacturer has very little bump steer, the toe should stay nearly the same at all levels of bump. I don't doubt that a wheel shop will tell you that you need an alignment, but they're in it to make money. Somebody correct me if I'm missing something.

technically anytime that you adjust/remove/add suspension components you should have your alignment CHECKED. Just because there are alot of varaibles that can cause tire wear and steering problems.

depending on where you got it most places do a 6 month 6k mile warranty on there standard alignments so you can bring it back as many times as you want between then
