Does anyone know if the holes for the bolts on the bell housings of the KA24DE trannys are supposed to be the same. Cause I'm finally doing my 5 speed swap and i noticed that the auto tranny is threaded but the manual tranny is not. And i'm wondering if the manual tranny is supposed to have nuts on the back of them. Thanks in advance.

The wholes are in the same place but the bellhousing flanges are slightly different. I.E. some of the bolts will be longer or shorter. Click the sticky at the top of this forum. I think it covers what they difference in bolts for you. if not there do a quick search there are plenty of sites with the answers

(ive done the swap before i just dont remeber how many bolts are different.)
