1998 F150 trade for?

It's in excellent mechanical condition with very cold a/c. It has a 4.2L vs that has only 40k on the motor. The motor was replaced a couple of years ago with a new zero miles long block from Ford. I have all the paper work that goes with the engine. It is a 5SPD trans. The clutch was replaced with the motor. It has a JVC cxd player and dark tinted windows. LMK what you have if you are interested.
If I hd to put a cash price on it, it would be $3200 Thanks
