will knife-edging my crank call for a ecu tune? it says it helps it rev faster and gives power....just wodnering.

no, you don't need to tune after a knife edge,
knife edging just lets it do what it is already doing but easier and faster- less restricted.
basically, you only need a tune when you increase the flow dramatically, and/or make something bigger/greater. increase in compression. bigger injectors. that sort of thing...

if your looking to un-restrict your crank go dry sump and be a baller.
