Looks good, but I would've destaturated the background (made black & white) before masking over it with the stripes, example the building in the upper right... still looks neat, but I think that would make the red stand out a little more.

yeha plus one. and maybe have chosen a different color besides the pinkish, like an orange ted or yellow.

I dont know how to do all that, lol. Im just fooling arounf with this free photo editing softwear. What softwear to you guys recommend?
