View Full Version : kill with the wifes Explorer last night

The wife and I were on our way home from Team Calloways wedding reception last night(That was a great party. We had a blast but thats another story) when we were stoped at a red light. A black CRX with a white stripe pulled up next to us. I am a Ford guy so I have no clue what was done to this car but this CRX was clean and did look good. Well I guess he and his buddy see me looking at his car and they roll down there window. At first they were like what the fuck are you looking at but after telling him he had a clean car he was nicer. He asked me if I had a CRX. I told him no I am a Ford guy and drove a Mustang. He then tells me sorry that I owned a slow car. I must get beat all the time. I was cool and didn't start talking shit to him but when the light turned green I took off. I did hear him try to catch up but by the time I had the Explorer up to 80 he was about 2 cars behind. He didn't have anything to say at the next light just looked then took off. It was fun getting a kill in the Explorer. I wonder if my wife will get mad if I take the NOS off the mustang and put it on the Explorer. What a sleeper that would be.:D

Wow that is so weird cause I had a race too. Except my race was to get back to my house before I had flashbacks of putting on the garter belt and it terrified me into crashing into a pole. Nitrous + Explorer = Explopder.

lol it was teagan, shayne, and me that went in first. then we got some others to go for it too. lol the big bon fire down in the back was really nice for stayin warm and drying off too! :D

Seriously, he actually said that to you? Wow! Not only do I never run into these people, I figured the whole "fast & the furious" mentality was over.

Anyway what do you expect, your Explorer has just over 200hp if it's a V6, with matching torque. The CRX, probably a SOHC, has 100hp. Too much of a horsepower gap for weight alone to make up for.

Just waiting for the day for someone to say that to me...

Yea he did say that to me. I was shocked and so was my wife but what can you do. The car did have a Georgia tag on it so I figured that how they roll up there.

as for the wedding, that shit was awesome. yeah it was me, teagan, and chuck too break the pool cherry, lol. im glad i didnt get hit by lightning. lightning will hit a flying bird before it hits my skinny ass.
clint was fucking killing it on the dance floor. definitely one of the highlights of the nights. i laughed so hard. i saw some pix. there is one of me, jamie, troy and chuck where we look like mobsters.....itll be up soon.
