i went to finish master on florida MAN we painted my friends car it came out so beautiful it was a perfect day to paint THEN JUST AS we are about to paint my car this lady pulls up from environmental protection saying someone called in a complaint about us painting the cars so i only was able to the front of my damn car

Yeah, no way in hell that is a good paintjob. The paint alone costs more than that when you use the proper materials. Then factor in the sandpaper, Acetone, tape, other materials and you get the idea.



Thread poster, be prepared to pay 4 figures for your paintjob from start to finish if someone does it for you. Thats if you want a good paintjob, anyways. If you're fine with some shitass job thats going to start peeling, flaking, and fading within a year then just go to Econo and get it painted.

ok lol not trying to start shit but NASON sucks ass i am dupont sikkens ppg and RM(diamont) certified painter... i am head of the paint department at speedster motor cars speedstermotorcar.com click on the pics and you will see all my work.. difference between Nason and a good paint is the uv coat nasson wont last for anything... i always recomend PPG global or deltron its the best shit out there. in the pics just because i am a painter i can already pic shit out. i do side work and my labor alone is atleast 800 and then you foot the material bill which i get 37% off so ure getting a deal but ya dont expect perfection when your using cheap nason paint a cheap 100.00 gun to spray your sealer paint and clear (especially with metalics and pearls) you can get away with solids but no way are you going to get good atomization out of that gun ... there is a reason why good painters have seperate guns for different things and they start out minimum 500.00 a piece new

/\ thats so true plus we did mine out UNDER a tree in mid afternoon no cover only spraying at 25Psi for the 3rd coat plus i used lil more actuator in each but man oh man everyone loves the my half paint job and my friends 4door might be cheap shitty paint but it is so smooth and glossy..and hell its only a 2gallon compressor so think about how long it took us!!:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: but it feels so good to do it yourself and only full cost lil around 200bucks i love it

If still interested in a paintjob, I usually charge around 4-500 for your size plus materials. Materials usually run around 2-300 and I only use PPG base/clear.

I hate low ballers....Paint work pricing is simple. You get what you pay for. If you only want to spend 200 bucks you are going to get a 200 dollar paint job. good luck with your paint job. Maybe after you get a cheap paint job you will understand.
