over heating problems

Default over heating problems

ok guys i have a 93 240 and a 94 ka in it ive been haveing over heating problems for awhile now im almost out of ideas so im asking yall for suggestions...


ive replaced

water pump
radiator
put in electric fans
thermastat
all new hoses.



i was thinking it is a blown headgasket but im not losing any antifreeze i would think that i would lose antifreeze....well just let me know what you think

hey i dont know about nissan but some cars when they are out of timing they seam to overheat am just guessing whont hurt to check the timing

you just need to bleed out the air (burp it). What i did was jacked up the front end (pretty high but not to high), open the bleeder bolt (on top of manifold by coolant hose) and than just filled it up till it came out the bleeded bolt. close the bleeder and turn on the motor than droped it and filled it up to the top if needed. Thats what i did 2 different times and it worked out great. hope that helps. I know theres a couple of different ways to do it but this just work for me.

thank yall very much i have a hg at my house just havent had time to change it i will bleed out the air and see how that works

ill keep my fingers crossed 4 yah steve, that new koyo and dual electric fans are too sexi to be over heating!!!

haha yea i worked on it all yestderday bleeding it out a bunch and i gotta do a headgasket this weekend.....
