if you have the Edlebrock VictorX mani, i would swap that out anyway if your going all motor, unless you plan to rev till around ~9500. That mani is mainly for high range power (6000-10000 rpms) which i belive would be bad for a all motor setup, but then again, im not an all motor guy, so maybe an all motor guy could chime in here.. I would try more of a SK2 intake mani.
also for all motor you will need the stock map sensor, seeing as you will not see any boost...

You can run a stock throttlebody with a stock map sensor on a victorx manifold such as the one you have.
If you have a aftermarket throttlebody that does not have provisions for a factory map sensor, you can simply run a vacuum line from the intake manifold to the map sensor and mount it on the firewall.

It will if it is properly tuned for the setup/injectors. Runing a 3bar map sensor on an na car is a waste of a 3bar.
