Ok. It has been 4 months since I gave you guys my money for the z32 you guys never worked on. I drove all the way to tampa from atl to just get a refund after about 2 or so months of nothing. The check was returned for NSF fees. and I still have no money. I call almost everyday...ASK JESSE and NOTHING happens. I'm so pissed off at this point and all I want is TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I just want resolution to this and move on. I'm far to busy to try to keep getting the runaround about this whole ordeal. Have someone contact me asap since this is going to be my last attempt to gain resolution without taking it to the next level. I know I have been more than patient through this whole time and I'm sure you guys can agree to this so please reply. Waiting for your reply. Thanks
:mad:I hope you get your money back, but my friend has the same situation with this shop. He will not face my friend. He owes my friend a set of wheels and a set of hi Def lights. Lights were paid for about 3 months ago, and they are still on "back order". Also, the wheels are on "back order". I know this thread will be locked, but be careful when you pre-pay this guy. You will lose it. He knows who I am and i don't care.

You guys don't know what you are talking about by making statements like this.
The person in question here is ADAM, who I talked to personally on the phone tonight... I don't know what the situation with the wheels is but I know that he got Volks which take a while when they are a custom order. As far as the HID lights, we haven't had a stock order in quite some time. I am not closing this... Ian is the one dealing with Adam on this so I will wait until he chimes in.
Trying to call Ian right now but his nextel sucks ass......

You Rare Just Like Ian
You Rare Just Like Ian
How is that? Explain.....
Just called Adam and he is coming over right now. Flaco - if you are going to make dumbass statements like that atleast know the person you are talking about. I don't screw anybody over, if anything ANY ONE on here can tell you I will do anything in my power to help my friends out, and Adam is my friend. You are barking up the wrong tree if you are trying to make false statements about me.
Just to add to this, ask ANY customer from DC who has dealt with me, if there are any problems I always do what I can to make things RIGHT. I was unaware of this deal with Adam as it was between Ian and him until now.
this isent the first time someones been fucking over by u guys, ive heard plenty of stories from friends and on here, at least enough to not deal w/ u guys.
There is always 2 sides to every story, feel free to look around and find a PERFECT shop. Thank you
Anybody who deals with ME will be taken care of plain and simple.

Kirk, I've heard good things about u, but honestly the shop isent up to par w/ XAT or basicly any other local shop, u guys do, do good work but the Ian tends to fuck ppl over, ive heard things from him fucking over almost every single friend he's ever had. but im going to leave this alone.

I must apologize, but in the past two weeks I have been sick on and off and have been away from the shop for the most part. As for the weeks, they have been ordered, but I have told Adam that they do take a while to get. As for the HIDs, that's my fault, I wanted to be cheap, to save a few dollars on shipping when I place a larger order. On the HID part, I have completely dropped the ball. As for the wheels, I have had a conversation with Adam already, it was maybe 3 weeks ago, that I can pay him for the paint work he'd done, then when the wheels came in, he can then pay me.
I have not been hiding from Adam, I know he had came by the house a couple of times, but I had been at the shop. I am at the shop from 9 till 8ish, but like I said, I have been out quite a bit those this past two weeks.

I ordered a set of HID lights from DC. They told me they were on backorder the day I ordered them, so I decided to give them my money and wait. After a month, the lights finally came in. I did not bitch to them or make stupid threads on TR about it. I simply went to the shop and talked directly to either another employee, Kirk, Ian, or Cody about them. They told me exactly what was going on, and there was no issue. These guys are great people, and this is from my OWN firsthand experience.

Guys, I have replied, and Adam was not a customer first, rather a friend first. Like I said, completely my fault on the HIDs, and I don't have stupid stories to go along with it. As for the wheels, I did make sure Adam understood that it takes a while for custom wheels to be ordered. Again, I don't have a problem paying Adam for the interior paint work he did in my house, and no money was involved, that I offered to pay him the money upfront and then once the wheels comes in, then he can then pay me back. We then would even, as that was the trade.
So, let me get it straight that the Adam that we are talking about is a friend that I dropped the ball on, on the HIDs that I got payment for. At my cost.

Flacco, just so you understand how I work. I try to be very fair on this forum. I've screwed up in the past, and I also know that we don't have 100% customer satisfaction. While other people have chimed in and said that they have numerous complaints about the shop, from whom, I don't know. But if there are ever anything negative here on TR or any where that I have power to edit, I leave and never change what the thread may have said. I may lock it once it got my attention, but I never delete to try and hide and unhappy stories anyone may have had with us.

Hey there guys...
Lexusondubs.... I offered to pay for a new fender the day u were in the shop when u wanted your front fenders rolled. I had the extra cash that day to get the fender. You had responded with that u didn't think I should have to pay for it. I called the lexus dealership and was ready to pick it up. Its a little more than 185 for the fender. At least my cost on them... U left and I didn't think u wanted me to get the fender but worked on doing some other paint work..I remeber something about painted the moldings and was going to take care of the fender at that point. 1 month ago I heard that u wanted that fender afterall. I WILL be buying that fender as soon as I have the extra cash to get it. The fender is ordered just have to pay for it. No shop will cover any damage to a rolled fender...at least I have never heard of any shop doing that. I am buying this fender personally, not going through the shop. Please bear with me as I am still getting the fender for u. I have other bills that need taken care of first, and again about club lexus posting on not recommending the shop for work... On TR u stated it is only 185 for the fender...on Club lexus you stated that we did over 800 dollars worth of damage to your fenderS.... We only rolled one fender..pass front...I stopped at that point becuase I didn't want to cuase any more damage to the other fenders becuase of the double lip. Again I will be purchasing your fender... Just need another 3 weeks to get the cash. Please PM me your cell number and I can call u when I get it. I have NEVER went back on my word... Its just that day it all went down and I offered to get the fender u declined. Then about 1 month ago ian told me that you wanted the fender after all, so I ordered it I just need the cash to pay for it. I hope that clears that issue up. I will post here when I have the fender and give it to u. Thanks again
Just me

I have been telling you the whole time that chris WILL be getting you another fender even though he SHOULDN'T, find another shop who would replace your parts due to damaging during fender rolling! If you wanted to speak to us so bad you know our # too, as WE are doing YOU a favor at this point. You had the chance to get a fender right then and there and you declined, then all of the sudden change your mind and we are the bad guys? C'mon dude be real here.

Flaco actually don't need any luck, because he's not involved in anyway at all.
As for threads getting locked or deleted, try to get the facts straight. I won't speak for Kirk, but I will say that I have NEVER locked a thread, deleted, or changed the contents of a thread because it has negativity about me or Driven Concepts. If a thread got locked by me, it's because it got my attention and I took care off it. But at the same time, you will see the thread's content to remain the same and that I don't hide or delete threads.
The difference between this forum and other forums is that we do not 'police' our threads. Things gets deleted when there are no relation between what's been posted and what the thread's topic's about. But, if there's anything negative about us, we don't delete the threads and hide what may have happened.
What I can't understand is that people know a TON of people that have had bad experience with us, but then how is it that we don't hear about it. For example Redfoxx has chimed in about his extra paint. There are a couple of things, Driven Concepts do not give out left over paint and if it didn't come through me, there's no way Junior can authorize it. The biggest problem of all is that I have NEVER personally been asked or told that there was even an issue. As to my knowledge Redfoxx left the shop completely happy with the job we did. In fact the last conversation we had was whether we can dump his old trunk lid for him.
In any event, you guys can stop with the deleting and or locking of threads, I will say again, we are by far the fairest when it comes to locking and or deleting of threads.
I just wish kirk didnt try to trash talk when i made the thread. very inappropriate. i also will not be recommending anyone to DC. sorry, but i was coming back to get my full exhaust done but after what happened to lexusondubs and my other friend, i will not be going to DC anytime soon.

How did it go from $800 worth of damage to the fender only costing less then $200? This whole deal has been messed up from the beginning. I was actually out of the office for the first part of the morning when you showed up. As we do for ALL our customers that are interested in getting the fenders rolled, you HAVE to sign a statement stating that we are not responsible for any damages that might be caused through the fender roller. Chris made the promise because of the person that he is. He knew that the business is covered by the statement you signed, but he also understood that you knew me personally and also a potential great customer. So he offered you the fender, in which you declined. Now, either Chris and or Driven Concepts is being talked down when you declined the offer for the free fender. We do not live on the forums and we do have our normal business hours. For any complaints, please do not come on a public board and state half of the truth. Give us a call and you will understand that we do not live on the forums, but are completely willing to do what we can to make a customer happy. I have also read the thread that Kirk locked, yes, he did lock it, but he also left the original content be, but added the fact on what's happening.

One more thing that I need to add. Before rolling the front fender, Chris expressed to me and the customer that he does not feel comfortable rolling the front fenders, due to the double lip, but the customer insisted for it to be done. These are facts that are important for people reading to know and understand.

ok first off i never INSISTED on anything second yes i declined the fender at first but but i decided to get some other opinions from reputable shops they stated the fender was beyond repair and it would be cheaper for me to get another $800 yes that was the start of the quotes that i got .. hang the fender prep paint blend the door and the hood 3 stage pearl is not cheap !! as for chris i called several times and got the run around and Ian and Chris both know I am /was very understanding about the whole thing chris i understand about your bills and such iam sure your a family man thats why i wanted to come to some sorta agreement where you didnt have to come out of pocket ..but with all the hasstle i just wanted to get the fender and be done !! and the reciept clearly states DC will not be responsibe for any PAINT DAMAGE !! that may occur..... not BENDING the fender beyond repair !!!

I wasn't going to get involved, but I couldn't help myself.
Adam is a great friend, and he sticks to his word. Now that this has been settled he will finish the job that he said he would.
How can you people expect him to fully finish your job, when he hasn't gotten ANY proof that Ian had ordered the wheels?????
You're correct, there wasn't supposed to be a dollar for dollar deal, but now all he is charging you guys is the amount that he paid out of his pocket for your job, since the wheels haven't even been ordered after four months.
Disclaimer: This whole ordeal has nothing to do with DC.
I am defending Adam because he is a great friend of mine & he does excellent work & I don't want his reputation ruined.
Please dont get involved, I am certian you dont know all the specifics.

I am going to lock this simply for the reason that it is being taken care of in PERSON, and quite frankly Adam is not on the forums and has no interest in arguing over this ordeal on the forums. Adam came to the shop today and he was paid, the rest has been taken care of.
I am tired of the drama especially with FRIENDS... both Adam and Ian are my friends outside of business and I would like for both of them to continue being friends with each other and with me after this is completely over with.
Flaco - no hard feelings for you man, I know you were just being there for your friend.
