Well this was a race around the end of last year, i was board so i am posting it.

basically the run down was chick who i use to work with had a BF that drove a very clean RSX. on day while leaving for lunch he herd me drive off to lunch. when i came back she runs up to me and tells me that her boy friend said that he beat my car or something like that. So i was cuerious as to see what he got done. I come up to him ask him but he was all hush hush about his setup. All he said was it was all motor. hummm ok.

Now the race
finally i catch him on a good day ask him if he wants to run he says sure . finally i get to see what this car has.
We go to our spot, my boy flags us down on three we go, i jump out about 2 maybe 3 car spinning like crazy. hit second and he starts playing catch up. he creeps back to my fender holding him there he hits third and is at my door, but i am still ahead. shut it down in 4th with me about a almost a car but started pulling away.

second run we go from a first gear road, i gave him the hit. When he got about a car i mashed the gas to just reel him in leap past him second gear i'm still ahead hits third ( which seems to be his strong gear) he gets almost even hit 4th i start to pull away.

finally he did end up telling me what he had which was intake, header, exhaust and k pro all tuned put down like 236 to the wheel. I told him i was only on 8 psi and that i was putting down 230 whp.

all in all it was a good raced and i was very impressed.

Why didn't you run more than 8psi? i know you coulda way to mess with him you big meanie!

 

K-motor has impressed me as well.
Between Neil's CRX and the S/C'd RSX I killed a few weeks back, I'm impressed.

Almost enough to spend $7K to convert my CRX...... Ummm.... No

 

well i did not have my wide band on yet so i was not sure how much more boost i could run on the stock injectors.
