Hey guys, I stopped by the other day and came in with my Legacy and set some things in motion to get my zex kit installed on my 99 legacy 2.5GT with the automatic transmission... just had some questions pop in and out of my head last night and just wanted to start a thread so that i could get the answers as i think of the questions..
I've been doing some research and have found that most people are suggesting that I purchase an MSD RPM window switch to shut the nitrous off before i hit my shift points so that my engine doesn't go boom between shifts when spraying. what are your thoughts on this
second question i had was regarding the wb02 sensor you were suggesting i purchase, and was wondering if when you all tune if you utilize a wb02 for tuning, and if so why i would need one to replace the safc2's a/f reading if i'm not going to change the tune.
other question i had was if you all were able to fabricate some custom headers. I'm looking for some equal-length 4-1 headers and don't feel like spending the arm and a leg that borla wants for unequal length, and don't especially trust the ebay companies to that sort of thing... so how much to fab and install a set of custom 2.25 inch custom EL headers? I would want to replace the catalytic converter with a resonator of some sort, it sounds raspy enough as is, don't need it to sound any more like a harley than it already does.

what would you guys suggest I do to make this as safe on the engine as possible? while the goal IS to blow the engine so that I'm able to swap in an STI motor by the time i graduate from college, I'd still like this car to see me through another year. I'm going to have a few hundred dollars to play with, so toss me some ideas with some general pricing estimates and we'll go from there.
