V8 block?

im starting on a project to build an engine from scratch. so my question is where should i go to find a relatively cheap V8 block?

Start with an 010 350 block out of a mid 70's chevy van. Most had 4 bolt mains, and I am sure all had a steel crank. It will cost you $60 plus core from cophers.
