Kirk, this is the white GS300 that came in to get the fenders rolled a little bit ago. Some how, some reason, I was told that Chris promised him a brand new fender. Please find out from him today.

What are you his secretary? By policy we are not liable for any damages done to any fender rolling/pulling just like EVERY other place out there. Tell him to take a look at his invoice that he signed before trying to start a scene. Our body guy personally told him he will find him another fender and buy it for him, NOT Driven Concepts and he said he didn't have to.. As far as I know Chris is looking for another fender.

I dont know what you are talking about because that situation doesnt have anything to do with DC, Chris said he would pay out of his pocket for the fender just to be nice and he declined the offer but all of the sudden changes his mind and thinks it our problem? I mentioned it to Chris this morning and he is sticking to his word and finding one. End of story.

If you guys want to start a problem out of this then just take a look at the invoice which was signed. Feel free to call any place here in Tampa and ask if they are liable for any damages due to rolling or pulling a fender on a customer's car.
