Quick stupid thing I did....

This is what I started with, from a photoshoot I did with Mknpwrat12g's:

This is what I did, I went to filters and made it into a sketch, created a new layer, colored underneath the sketch and came out with this:

Now, I do still need to fix the garbage can thing in the background.

And before you flame, I wanted it to come out kind of "cartoon-ish"

Let me know what you guys think I could do to "fix" it.

id just say brighten up the bottom of the car a little bit so more detail will stand out and other than that it looks pretty cool to me.

Make sure you reduce the noise a bit so the pic won't look too flaky.
