ON the above picture, notice the support tab on the intercooler. This takes the stess off the connectors for reliablity and long service.

This is a complete intercooler piping we built for a K20 integra. The K20 was installed then brought to us for the intercooler piping and intercooler.
We modified a precision 600 intercooler and used all aluminum piping with 4 ply silicone connectors in black.
All the piping is bead rolled to prevent pipes poping off and braces to the pipes don't rub against anything.
This is a brushed finish, we can polish or powder coat and anodize the intercooler for a stealth look.

We use Aluminum only on our intercooler piping, It's not only less than 1/4 the weight of steel or stainless it helps disaplate the heat like the intercooler itself.
Call LHT today for your intercooler piping on any vehicle.

Even with the large 3.5" thick intercooler , very little bumper trimming was needed.

This is a Volvo S60 R , It's trubo charged from the factory with an very thin intercooler mounted between the AC condensor and the radiator. It also used very small plastic intercooler hoses.
We removed the intercooler and mounted the condensor to the radiator ( Like an Acura integra) then used a larger air to air intercooler in front of them both.
We anodized the intercooler black so it's hiden but does not hurt the cooling efficiancey or chip like paint.

The intercooler mounted, The factory fog lights were retained.

The 2.5" aluminum piping bead rolled with flow sensor. Our pipes have been tested to 90psi so don't worry about poping off LHT pipes.

The bumper was trimmed very little to clear the larger core.

I have 2001 Acura Integra Type-R, I purchased the Turbo kit (T3/T04) last year and I'm not happy with the charge piping. Your phoenix Type-R caught my eye in the Turbo Magazine, the way the piping is routed is just flawless. Would you be able to build me the same piping set-up including the intake and it does't have to be carbon fiber, aluminum intake is fine with me. My problem is, if that would lined up with my existing Revhard exhaust manifold and revhard intercooler? Please advise......and how much it would cost me, thank you.
