ok but if you have a good system it lets your amp get all the power it needs. I didnt ask what u guys knew, i asked who needed a battery.

Actually no, I have two batteries, one being an optima yellowtop... I sold my cap about 4 days ago and had it unplugged for about 5 months.

Anything that requires power is another strain on the alternator. Batteries aren't self-sufficient self-powering devices. They need to be CHARGED in order to provide power afterwards. All a battery will do is probably keep your system from dropping below a certain voltage while the car is on and alternator is working, and providing power while the car is off. When the car is turned back on again, the alternator has to work hard(er) to charge the battery AND play your system.

Obviously you must not understand how electricity works or a general understanding of physics...

The problem is you're spreading incorrect information in order to promote the item you're selling.

And no, "if you have a good system it lets your amp get all the power it needs". All it really does is let you play music with your car off without having to worry much about your main starter battery getting drained too badly, that and it'll help keep more of a buffer for those big power drops.

Why don't you do some research and post useful, truthful information? Would that be too hard for you?

Its not the matter of specifications! You're telling people that the battery does things it cannot physically do.

Try re-making your thread and just say you're selling a slightly used yellowtop, perfect for audio systems.

Not that hard?

Only reason i came in here was because i thought you were still selling the redtop... And then i read you're trying to sell magic jelly beans.
