I know I can search and find replies from joe schmoe... but screw joe, I'm looking for local feedback on the megan street/track coilovers.

I dont need feedback on k sport, simply because its crap, but any other coilover reviews/feedback from local peeps is what i'm looking for. Street driving, crusing, drifting, screwin around... etc.

Megan street are good for S13 and S14 to be driven on the street, but offer little roll resistence for the track. They are excellent when used with heavier sway bars and bushings and are fairly well-dampened for a $1000-range coilover. The adjustments are somewhat vague and require some fidgeting with to find a setting that suits you.

Megan tracks are largely too stiff for street driving, but come with a damper that is better matched to the spring rate. If you can deal with the bone-jarring ride of 10/8 rates, they will thank you at the track.

XAT Racing has a coilover that is a happy medium - 8/6 rates for street driving but a better-valved damper for less bounce. The line is called Badgerwerks and is available only through XAT (813-231-7223). Sorry for the shameless plug, but it just may be the answer to your question.
