Need a quote on a bumper respray

My mom got rear-ended today but it is nothing major. It was a very low speed collision and the clear coat on her rear bumper chipped off. We are probably not going to go through insurance, so I need a price to tell the person.

Does the bumper need to be re-sprayed or can it just be re-clearcoated?
What is a rough estimate that it would cost to get this done.

BTW, the car is a 99 Civic Sedan (black)

You would need to sand it down and re-paint/clear the bumper to be done right. Without any damage being done to the bumper you are looking at about $300 for materials/labor. Any other questions do not hesitate to call us directly or leave a message here for us.
