I have a civic with a b16a. Im not sure if its the clutch or not but sometimes when taking off a screech sound comes from the tranny. Also my car idles up and down up and down. Even with the iacv unplugged it does it at a certain rpm. What could that be. Also how much would i be looking at to fix both problems. Could the car justneed a tune, its running sohc base maps.
