Need to make an appointment to drop car off

I need to make an appointment to drop my car off to have body work done..i got an estimate on saturday...and im willing to do it...I talked to an asian guy but didn't catch his name, I was suposed to get a card from him so I could call him and let him know what day to drop my car off, but I obviously can't call in because they are closed today. Anyone know who I can call?
