sup. well i know how shops go and how busy they get but just wondering when I should be picking up the car that was put a deposit on about a month ago. when we first talked u said no more than a couple of days to a week but after weeks and weeks of waiting patiently, still no car. I call every other week to talk to your reps and get the same thing saying that "its in the back, I'll have to go check and even call back or will get a call back"..but we all know how it goes. Well, hope to hear some kind of news from you here to just keep a customer updated since cell phones, aim, pm does not work that well in trying to reach you. Waiting for your response. ok well this is regarding the blue z32. i can see that you are backed up with projects..but what about customer's cars? you gonna just let them sit there and not worked on or what? b/c if that was the case, i wouldnt have gotten this project started with you guys. since i was really looking to get a car to use. so just let me know whats up, im an easy guy to deal with, if you have not started on it since you are backed up, just let me know and ill get the deposit back since the car is not being worked on. you know my situation ian..no hard feelings with you as we had many deals together and are good friends...hope to hear from you soon.

hey ian, I have tried sending you a pm about my bumper repainting, im not sure if you recieved it but I tried calling as well but whoever i talked to didnt seem to know what they were talkign about and just telling me to bring the car in... incase you didnt get the pm. i have the blue integra, wanted the front bumper repainted.. i decided i want to do the hood as well and then blend it in the fenders and have the the whole car buffed as well to get the swirls out and the marks on the rear bumper i showed you.. Do i need to bring this back in eventhough you and jr have seen it??? if not can i get a price on it?? thanks

also, i would like to get on this pretty soon, so if i could get a responce (preferably pm) soon that would be great..thanks

The beauty of the web is the truth is easiler to find now!

The bottom line is he was just trying to find out when will the car be done. Nothing was done with a hidden agenda.

So far, I have a similar experience with being told that my car will be done last week and then I drop by the shop to only have the same thing said to my face.. "it will be done next week". Not sure if you notice.. but I drive 30 miles just to visit the shop.

Howard, sorry that you're car hasn't been ready sooner, but at first we were told that our prices were too expensive and what you will purchase your part and bring it in. We had scheduled work to be done on your vehcile, but were unable to continue without the parts at your request. We then schedule other work that needed to be done thus pushing your car back in the queue of cars being worked on. We are currently very busy and need to attened to all of our customers vehicle. I appoligize if there was some miscommunication on when your car will be completed, but I have personally dealt with you the last 2 times you came (exception on this Saturday), but it will be worked on as soon as we can after the part arrives.
