Hey guys I’m going to be moving down to Florida around September - October. I was trying to find a nice & semi cheap apartment or condo to rent/buy. I would rather do a condo so i'm gaining equity in something, but it's all on price. Anyone have any information or links to places around? With a garage if possible but if it adds too much $$ to the rent, than it's not needed.

I'm looking Brandon area. But i'm not set at all for where. Somewhere with a garage would be best.
