Ok. 3 weeks until the event. Gotta start some smack talk. I'm calling out any N/A 302's or LS1's. You think all 4.6' are slow without a blower? Come give this one a try! :evil:

I'll give that "slow stang" an N/A run(you can check the valve so I aint tempted at the end:evil: :lol: ;) ). I think I got my N/A tune pretty spot on and need to see what it will do w/out the CAI. Is your wife running? Beth's got something for that lil LS1 now:D

Funny you mention that. She called me at work today so say she got T-boned and the fucker drove off. :mad: But the damage is probably less than the deductable. But whom ever sees the other first, wave me/you down. Should be a good race. What did you do to beth's car? :-o -Mark

Someone did the same to her in her Saturn. actually sideswiped her, it took it pretty well. She needed something bigger when we had the 2nd kid, got her a Trailblazer SS.

Ohhh, shoooot. SRT4 check'n in. I know 2 are signed up. Both are.... Well, I'll give you a run for fun :D

nope no slicks for me...axles like to snap with slicks on the lsj's... just to much for them to handle without upgrading. not to say i havent tried with a buddies set lol... with my lowering springs the 16inch slicks just barely fit in the well but there would be no turning radius at all. i have bf goodrich kdw2's which i hear are a good strip tire, stock on the srt4 too i believe? this will be the 1st real time i get to play with them and tire pressures at a track. last time i was at bradenton i got a 13.6 @106 on a mild tune and it was the middle of the day... so my target is around 13.3 which i think is totally realistic with what i have and the progression im seeing.

Good times in the Saturn though.
SRT4s are the oppisite. They break stuff WITHOUT slicks.
