how much for my 04 celica to be @ 400-450 HP.

Have not looked into building Celicas, but I can tell you that there's some work to get it to the 400hp mark. There are several options out there on the market, including the TRD supercharger. If you are serious about getting your car to where you want it to be, please stop by, we can research for you a little and let you know ASAP.
