High Performance Oil Pump

I was wanting to know if anyone my know some manufacturers or somewhere I could get a oil pump that is better than stock for the
b series engine.

just use a stock one, there is absolutely no reason to "upgrade" your oil pump. the only thing that can really be done to the oil pump is put a shim under the sprung release valve to build slightly higher pressure or u can replace the gear inside with a supossedly "hardened" gear whic is less likely to shatter due to excessive vibrations

for what reason do u think u need to upgrade this???

Ive personally seen some 800+ whp cars, and heard of some 900+whp cars, that use stock, unmodified ITR oil pumps...At least one of which is turning over 11k RPM... No shims, no gear, no nothing... Straight from the dealer stock...

Wouldn't be a bad idea to cryo the gear and rotor. If I was going to do a 600+ car I would.

Depending on the design, some pumps can be fabbed to have wider gears
by welding 2 sets together, and cutting up another oil pump body
to make a spacer that will "lengthen" the pump by the same amount,
with longer (by the same amount), mounting bolts.-Bob

The Stock Honda pump is fine to 600+ that I have used.I use the stock ITR one also.
