what type of headers? wouldnt you rather go with a simple turbo setup if money permitted?

6k and 8k is what most people go on. I decided on 6k. more of a light output. the 8k is just about the same with less light output (still higher than stock) but with more of a blue tint to it.

if u register for any of those forums, when it asks you how u found out or for a referral, put my name in there.... TheGrim is on all of them

sorry to interupt you two, but i have an elantra.. no big deal. its stock too.. pretty quick.. i need a new clutch and new brakes. only mod is a $3 ipod hook up and a $4 grenade sticker on the back. it's probably the fastest one in the area haha...

first thing i've gotta do is replace the clutch and the breaks.. yeah clutch is going already with 25k miles. same with breaks. then next "mod" is window tint haha and then from there, i'm all ears...

There's 2 guys at my shop that have 99 accents with tibby 4 cylinders in them. They move like a bat out of hell :D

well let me know if u need the parts or help with the install for the clutch and brakes. I can get you stock sized slotted or drilled rotors with some hawk pads and a nice clutch setup. I'll send a PM later today with prices.

As for the beta swapped accents. I've done a few swaps that are running around the tampa and bradenton area.

Put a 1.8 cam in them beta swapped accents from an older tibby. You'll like it ;)

thats only if the beta motor isnt a 1.8 already, people chose them by taking into consideration of the motor being map or maf based to work with existing harness with minor modification . but adding a 1.8 cam to the 2.0 will make a difference.

dc headers/custom exhaust/ngk iridum wires and plugs/18' gunmetal rims/ Nexen N3000 tires/drilled and rotors/AEM Cold Air intake

a bigger bored throttle body will aid you in engine response. the next thing i would suggest to you is a larger rear sway bar and a tad bit of a drop. those 18's raised ur center of gravity just a bit.

Well what I was gonna do is do all around strut bars, and a better sway bar in the back, and i was also going to get the Eibach struts and springs to lower my car. Lol but im kinda waiting because of the money situation. But what i really would like to do is get the Alpine stage 1 supercharger but that will be a little longer down the road.

stut tower braces will make a good difference as will the eibach kit.

for the I4 though, i'd suggest the turbo by far. different settings will enable you far more options for driveability in the long run.

i have tib too 03 haha rally red, black rims, mesh grill, black clear corners and had the spoiler and rear wiper removed its my daily driver but when i get a job im gonna go with maybe a ek9, eg, or integra for a project....idk tho we shall see what happens in teh future
