How much to fix this minor disaster?

I bought a used front mount that was eventually damaged in shipping. For reference, I'd like to know how much it would cost to fix. Of course John, if I was going to have it fixed by anyone, it'd be you :)

additionally, there are small 1/2 in holes on either end tank. They didn't tell me about this...

The core itself seems to be fine, but the outlet obviously would need to be replaced. I think bending it back into shape would only weaken it. Give me your thoughts on this. Thanks

Looks like an easy fix... we could just chop the end and replace it with another. Ill let John chime in with a price :)

well, I just thought I'd follow up on this for anyone who was reading about it. I dropped by today with a 24 pack of water ;) and let John go to work. In no time flat, he had it fixed, and even cleaned up some other ugliness. Pictures do the talking
