Im sure you guys have been stopped before IF u stopped. but i was pulled for 90 in a 40..... this something i may need to consult an attorney for or just go in myself? looking at a couple days in county or license suspension...


btw i got 3 tix in all one for no endorsment one for no license and the speeding one

Do your self a favor and at least sign up for the MSF class or go get your edorsment depending on you age.

first off i find this humorous but hey ive been thru the same ordeal




well mike, the two license issues, get them fixed immediatly, and youll have a little pre pre trial type of thing, dont know how it works up there, which county were u in? pasco or hernando, cuz when i had it for pasco i just fixed the endorsement issue, and the judge gave me the whole no penalty thing just gave me a fine, but the speeding thing it depends on what type of ticket, did u get a court date out of the ticket or just an order to pay a fine like i did, cuz if so pay it immediatly as well

all in all if you get the license and endorsement issues fixed (at least just the riding permit now that ur 21 ) and pay the ticket if its just a fine then u'll be in alot better condition when u go into that judge, just remember they are cutting down ALOT harder nowadays

a ticket 35 mph or higher above posted is now a court date guys if ya remember the new laws.After you get your endorsement get a lawyer asap and good luck

 

yes but the cop that gave me my 90 in a 45 told me about that but he just wrote it as a normal everyday fine type of ticket
