my gsr keeps cutting out at 5k rpms ever since i put on a vafc2.... it dosnt do it all the time but it happens alot.. i didnt solder the wires into the harness but i dont really think the wires are loose... any one have any ideas??

 

I would solder everything....Never just wrap it and tape it.My $0.02

 

Sounds like maybe you need to adjust the vafc for that rpm range.
