Hey guys,
My brother is looking to buy a decent indash tv that plays dvds, mp3s, and hopefully has navigation. What is a decent unit that doesnt cost that much? It needs to have a removable face also. Thanks

this question doesnt make sense.... all those features AND doesnt cost much? whew... uhh, good luck there!

seriously, look to spend anywhere around $1k... at the minimum. if there is another headunit that can do that for cheaper, i'd seriously question its quality and reliability.

I know that a few of the guys in here know of a brand or two that really sticks out, i think they said pioneer? but i could be wrong.

ok your not gonna get everything for a cheap price...yes tvs did go down in price then they where 2 yrs ago.....the pioneer and panasonic units are great...i peronally like the panasonic because you can constantly add new features and its touchscreen....for example...navi,bluetooth,sat radio, more screens,tv tuner....and a few more.....if you where looking to buy a jenson(aka Phase linier) or dual save your money....if you where gonna buy a cheap one its still gonna be around 500$...the panasonic is only 800$....yea i sound like a car audio salesman......thats because i am :P

Thx,
Rob

navigation will not come with any screen below a grand new. And most screens with those features do not have removable faces. I guess they assume if you have enough cash for the screen you will invest in a decent alarm.

jensen is a ricers friend. It looks cool, is cheap to buy, and breaks at about the same time you crack your body kit/neon tubes.
