As many of you know, I am a Lightning Audio dealer, and have put some older lightning stuff on closeout.

I sold a complete system to a guy, the other day, and couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. I have one more setup like this, so I thought I'd post it up.

2 Strike series s4.12.vc2 Dual 4 ohm 12's...500 rms, 1500 max
1 Strike S2.1000.1D 1000 watt class D amp
1 Strike S2.500.4 staggered 500 watt 4 channel (100x2 rear, 40x2 front...I turn it around, and put the big power to the front stage)
1 pair Strike S2.65C 6.5 component speakers

All this came to $600 plus tax! Its all brand new, in the box.

Say what you want about Lightning, but it is decent stuff, and this is a great price for a complete system. I've personally seen tests showing off the shelf amps putting out more than their rated power. And the Strike series is much better than the Bolt series that Walmart carries. I actually ran almost this exact system in my caprice, when we first put it together.

So, if you want it, PM me. If you don't, that's fine too. Let's just not contaminate this thread with a bunch of brand x is better crap.

I was told Lighting audio was made by RF. Any truth to that?
Ive heard a few lighting set-ups bang. FREE BUMP for Quality bang on a budget...

Yep...lighting is a RF division. I think Lightning, especially the Strike series, has lots more bang for the buck than RF.
