bike on craigslist cheap

I realy like the color scheme on this one... I don't know if that is original or not though.

I've seen the bike, that picture is very flattering. The bike looks as if it has lived outdoors for a few years. The front wheel is rashed and bent. The taillight is missing a big chunk of lens. The right rear tail section is missing a big chunk. There is even a beer bottle cap being employed as a washer to hold the seat on. There is a questionable repair on the fuel tank, that may have actually puntured all the way through. For about $1500 I'd say it's a good buy considering the work necessary to make it right, but I wouldn't pay what he's asking for it.

Already been there....and that bike is beat, but ran decent. He's not very negotiable either, and he keeps raising the price, instead of lowering. Its been for sale for about 4 months....and four months for a reason.
