That'd be pretty cool if you made it all into an enclosure (seal them up). From an imaging stand point though, it's not going to sound that great. You want to set up your sound stage so it's coming from the front and not behind you. I could see you doing some really neat stuff once you get some experience under your belt.

yeah he has that whole "i think i like this, so i'll build it, and make it work" and he does, with whatever material he's got.

Why do you need three midrange speakers in that small compartment for? if you put the same amount of effort into one pair with good imaging and aimed them correctly they would sound much better than 50 pairs just thrown in there.

well the 2 sony's are aimed right at the driver and passangers ear's .. and there loud and then the 2 ontop of them ar aimed at the driver and passanger to. i dono i dont have no side panels in the back so i was going to fiberglass it to there and make my own..thats why i was doing 3..

I am just impressed that he is doing this himself. The reason why I got into car audio in the first place was to see what I could do. Having a vision and completing it myself. Some people play sports, some work on cars and some like myself enjoy doing the caraudio work myself. It is not as fun having it done for you. Atleast that is me. If I wanna try something new I just do a search or just ask people I know. It is a nice feeling when you get compliments from people who have been car audio for along time. I love it when pros hear my car and get impressed. I'm not saying I am the best or even bragging but it is nice. I had a guy tell that my car sounded better than his $4500 system. Mine definately sounded better and my system costs me less than 800.00. I saved on the labor.
