What is it?

With our offical announcement of our intention to compete in 2007 One Lap of America, we are kicking off the 2007 Racing Season with a bang. We reserved a Hall big enough for 1000 thirsty automotive enthusists. have 400 parking spaces with adult beverages and Buffett Provided by the Loyal order of the moose. (Our Charity for 2007 is Mooseheart childrens Home) We are looking for band or DJ suggestions AND we will be having a Car Show with CASH prizes! each ticket will have a ballot to vote.

Now this is a Fundraising event and a generous portion of the proceeds will go toward Mooseheart. We are going to keep costs low for our supporters. $15 per ticket prepaid $20 at the door. This includes all you can eat and draft beer. (Bottles and mixed drinks will be availble from the on staff bartender)

We are planing on 400 cars and 800 Atendees. we will be holding to this strict guideline so get in early, Meet some online aquaitances, compete in a X-box or PS3 racing challange. and have a good time.

As you can see Large is not a big enough word for this event. Facility is >15,000 square feet. with 110,000 Square feet of parking. so in theory we could get more cars but I am going to cap reserved parking spaces @ 500 to be safe. plus "1000 headlights" just has a ring to it, we can use the daycare and Bank, and stripmall directly surrounding the location for overflow, since they are all closed on saturday night.

and this IS NOT A MEET!, it's to help children, If you can't afford or are going to try to skip out on a measly $15 we don't want you there, plain and simple.

ok now the show part will actually be a show? Will it have classes?

since I'll intend to have cash prizes and everybody that pays gets a ballot. (No hanging chads) I figure I have some basic classes

Best Import Show
Best Import Race
Best Domestic Show
Best Domestic Race
Best RAT
Best classic
ETC.

and since everyone gets assigned a number and ANYONE present can vote it's not impossable that someone can win multiple classes (unlikley yes, but not impossable)

the basics. hopefully someone will donate Trophys or I put together somthing.
