what is a j30 diff for a s13?

91-93 i believe. run ya 50 bucks at your local yard versus the 800 you might spend for a cusco 2 way diff.

an infiniti J30 is a 4 door car from nissan. comes with a 3.9:1 VLSD
change the rear cover and bolt in using J30 front diff bolts (mounts different, but same spot)
you might have to use the J30 axles depending on what yr J30 you got it out of. If it has 6 mounting holes per axle, use the 240 axles. if it has 5 mounting holes per axle, use the J30 axles.
now you have taller gearing (feels sluggish), but a cheap LSD
