I bought a front lip today for my 98 civic , when i got home it was cracked, i called up and explained that i needed another one, because the car is going in for paint tomorrow. I was told you didnt have any. When i asked for a refund i was told no, even though i have my invoice. Im not sure why this happened, but it sure wasnt a good first expericence

I dont know who you talked to but bring it by tomorrow morning and I will give you the option to 1) full refund or 2) I can put another one on order for you and will replace it without any further costs.

The lip should have been inspected before it was handed over to you, unfortunately we had someone who used to work here who thought they could fit it on his Del Sol and cracked a couple of lips without telling us.

Sorry guys, due some lips being on back order, we are waiting for them to become available. We do have plenty of them on order, but are waiting for them to all come via freight.

Not rude at all. Us buying through the supplier is very similar to people buying from retail, but on a larger scale. In order not to lose the sale, the supplier would tell us that they are in stock, when they are not.

All in all, we have no excuse for taking this long. Again, they are on order and when they arrive, we will make sure everyone knows.
