Surprised no one has brought this up. It is Sunday in Ft. Myers. Hosted by the Gulf Coast Autocrossers. They do a great job.

I am down here now, todays practice was good. Tomorrows course looks fun and challenging. got to rock an Lotus Elise for a little while, that is a fun car.

Let's hope the pace picks up -- a longer course and more drivers could make a very long day...found my trailer lights have crapped out, which will make the drive home an exercise in evasion....

Thought about it.
I qualified for participating during this year but not even on the East Coast was there someone in my class. And while I would have liked to run a state championship course I decided there was somewhere else the money could go.
:evil2: New suspension installed.
Looking forward to the 2007 season and the BMW meet next weekend to give it a test run.

Great site, good course (worth better than the drive I made on it), unbelievably strange event administration that offset the other two. Two hours between runs! If SCCA runs a National Tour down there using conventional run groups, I'll go back down, but under any other conditions, it's not worth the time and expense.

Yea the GCAC do the run groups like that and it sucks. I liked the course but my buddy from miami waited 4 1/2 hours to take his second run. The SCCA does the run groups like normal, not like that.
I am damn tired.
