632? No not yet. 593 Cubic inch big block built by Chris Nelson. Thats about all I know without looking at the paperwork that he gave us. I know it has 14.5 to 1 compression, AFR 357 heads, a monster camshaft, belt drive and we are gonna spray it with a 400 shot on the fogger at some point. Maybe turn the plate on too!

I'd assume that you would be able to run much faster then mid 10s with that combination. Regardless it's a very nice setup, sounds like fun.

i was just spraying a little over 250/little under 300 on my SBF in the 85 coupe I had.. could only imagine on something with 220 more cubes and another 100-ish shot would feel like..

What suspension you have underneath it?The front suspension is stock, with some shocks and stops welded in, and the rear I believe is ladder bar. Its been so long since I've been under the rear that I can't remember. I do think its ladder bar though.

would've been interesting to have a ladder bar setup/4 link on the mustang.. Would've handled the power we were making a lot better, but since we were running the Stock Susp class it wasn't possible..
used to cut 1.29 short times though, so we had it working.. just got away from me.

I think you will be pleasently suprised with your times. I ran 10.60's back in 79 with a 468 nash five speed 67 camaro. Of course it was a street car. And as they say no substitute for cubic inches. Have fun and I am sure you will.

You might want to give some thought to a serious suspension upgrade front and back. With trap speeds for 7's, the 180 range stock front stuff would be very scary.

The car has been back halfed, and has ladder bar. There has also been stuff done to the front.

No No I understand, but it has been checked by NBS fabrication, and gone over, so we should be good. You would be surprised at what people will actually run in some of these stock suspension cars.

*UPDATE* Have been racing the car for a few months now. Still alot of tuning to do, but it's gettin there. I have a video on my MySpace. It's kinda dark, but you can see something happening. The pass is a 5.61 @ 126mph at Sunshine. Follow the link.
