Default EK hatch exhaust question...

So I recently put a B18B in my '97 hatch, and was using the Tanabe SRM that I had on the D16Y7 with the B18B. But it sounded crappy, so I switched it for a stocker, and when I put the stocker on, I realized that the Teg 4-2-1 header flange is about 2 inches short, and off by 90 degrees from lining up with the Civic exhaust.

So I'm wondering, is this stock exhaust not for an EK?

Has anyone else with a B18 in a EK had exhaust probs?

I'm not sure what exactly was done, but when Driven Concepts took out my LS and put in a B16 they had to shorten the test-pipe, So I am going to assume that your problem is common.

thats what im thinking... the last exhaust had a non-welded flange so i could just spin that one, but this one is too short and of course the OEM is welded, so i had to get the pipe extended and rotate 90 degrees.

are there different length headers that will work on a B18B?
