in dash dvd help

I just finished putting a 7in indash tv/dvd in my truck and i forgot how to wire the parking brake switch to play while the truck is in drive .I've installed about 10 of these in the past when i worked as an installer but cant remember how to bypass this.Thanks for all the feedback .

Really depends on the brand/model. But in the easiest scenario, it'd simply be a case of grounding the brake wire.

i tried that already and it didnt work...dont laugh but it's a jensen vm9311 touchscreen

i got it now and feel like an idiot...all i had to go was ground it with a toggle switch to act as a pulse ground...
