View Full Version : C5 auto Vette Vs. 07 Mustang 5spd

I was driving to work when i came up on a silver C5 vette. I looked over and we exchanged nods. I heard him start to torque break the car and thought, eh what the hell. So i held the revs at about 4k light turned green and fed out the clutch. Spun a little but not bad at all. Through first he was at my back bumper, shifted into second (chirp) and he was creeping up on me a little but was still not at my door. Shifted into third and he pretty much went back to my rear bumper. It didn't appear to modded and doubt it was given the outcome. All in all good race. :) I'm sure a properly driven stick would have beat me though.

good kill mang. those new 07 stangs are sharp. too bad you didnt get the cobra. haha

Ah i wasnt going for that really. I bought a grabber orange in hopes of later turning it into a sort of parnelli jones replica. Kinda like the one saleen builds minus the racing numbers on the side

yeah those cobras shure are funny weighing 4000lbs and all.
