Oh, the car runs fine. I don't have the alignment / ride height / tires / money to go.

Oh and maybe if your car looked twice you would have second thoughts about having an off-track excursion with it. The car isn't dialed in yet, so I'm not taking chances.

It's getting late in the game to sell your spots now, and any changing of hands 2 days before the event won't be honored.

Sorry, but I am the one who handles registration and determines whether it's true or not. $90/spot is the price for registration.

If you want a spot, contact me directly. 941-224-7235

Yes:
I am the one who handles registration. I, along with the rest of the DGtrials staff, will be in Ocala Friday night so that everything can be set up and run smoothly on Saturday. I can't guarantee that I will have access to the internet on Friday, and therefore I can't guarantee that a new buyer will have his/her name on the registration list the day of the event. Tonight around midnight I will post the absolute final registration list, which will be the same one I carry with me to the event on Saturday.

If you're name's not on the list the day of the event, you don't drift. It's as simple as that.

DG has always been very lenient about bumping registrations to the following event, refunds with reasonable (>1 week) notice, etc. However, if it will be near impossible for us to accomodate a last minute change, it won't be done. Try calling an airline the day before you're supposed to fly to change your arrangement and see what kind of service you get. I feel I have been quite flexible in accomodating and facilitating the changing of spots, including hooking buyers up with sellers.

If there is someone who is selling a spot, they can call the number I have posted and I will try to find someone to take their place. I can't make any promises because there are variables that are out of my control.

I hope this clears it up some. I'm not trying to be an asshole, I just want to minimize the number of pissed off registrants by being very clear of the requirements.

thanks, that helps a lot better than "no"

however

"Tonight around midnight I will post the absolute final registration list, which will be the same one I carry with me to the event on Saturday."

but what if he sells his spot before midnight?
