no it is euro gear and righ now it is just primed the rear is gloss black though that is euro gear and has the dual cut outs

does the front mount come with all piping or is it just the core?

Just an FYI for anyone interested in the R32 front bumper. You need special inserts to mount the bumper correctly at the bottom of the wheel wells and there is an insert the goes inside the bumper to make it sit correctly on the bumper support. Also make sure you put the center grill insert on BEFORE you mount the bumper on the car.
