High prices and they are biased only to customers who spend large amounts of money. The owner told me that directly (in less friendly words though). Take it for what it's worth.

Sound Advice's prices are high as well....but atleast they don't treat you like shit if you don't spend a certain amount of money....

You get what you pay for I guess, Buzz Off's installs are decent atleast, from what I've seen.

I had an alarm installed on an eg once by them & I had to take it back several times bc the auto start keept screwing up & the owner is an ass. Tried to make me pay for labor to get it repaired & it was only 28 days since I had it originally installed... Bad business. If you want a good system go to The Witness - What is The Witness (http://www.thewitness.net/introduction.htm) It is like lojack but newer & it sends text to ur phone & u can shut the car off & lock it up from anywhere in the world. You can also track ur car at all times on ur phone as long as u have a signal on ur phone. You can also track it on ur computer & do the same. You can also have it set up to send u a text if ur car goes over a certain speed. Contact them & tell them dennis coar sent you from players world class driving... Here is the site to our company WORLD CLASS DRIVING PLAYERS GROUP (http://www.playerswcd.com) all the cars we deal with have this prgram in them

wow I went to buzz-off with my 04 corolla and was in and out. They are by appointment early and it is best to get there early before they open. I have aminor sensor problem on my back windshield but thats because of I cut one of the wires.

They did a great install

buzz off is HORRIBLE.. we have spent thousands there, as soon as my mom would go in they would know who she is and "give us deals".. well she had a dvd/nav ect. unit installed in her avalanche, they claim that they dont need to bypass the factory amp in most installs so it made a hissing noise all the time, they want 70ish bucks to bypass the amp.. she got an alarm done, asked for the tail gate to be alarmed too, made it PERFECTLY clear to them.. get it home and no tail gate alarm.. she had to go pay another 60 or somthing for that.. then the damn thing never works.. we leave the alarm on, open the tail gate and nothing.. shut it and itll go off from the shock sensor.. there a joke, shitty customer service, prices arent great. i STRONGLY Recomend finding somewhere else

Actually met with the owner yesterday, good shop, lots of stuff to see and very nice installs. Only things i have against them is the fact that the staff isn't so great and the prices are a bit high. The owner on the other hand is extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and if i needed one of their services in the future, i would probably consider them as long as i dealt with mainly the owner.

Yeah well you must be white! Because if you'er anything other than that you would still be in the show room waiting for service. And when you get the service he's going to try to take your head off with his prices.;)

eh, its 170+tax but they use a computerized machine for the cuts which is flawless.

I got mine as Tobys shop and I'm still waiting to see how it turns out(cant roll my windows down for another day) but so far its looks clean and even the 22% makes it look almost blacked out

Well I have only had one experience with them. Called to see about their prices. They had some $109 special which was shit tint when I got there. But they required an appointment to get the tint done but we ended up waiting over an hour for them to start on our car and probably were there for 3 hours total. Ended up costing $180 for what we wanted but it looks awesome.
